30-Day/200-Hour Buyback Policy

At XL Cheap Cars Auction (also known as XL Cheap Cars Auctions), we’re committed to giving our customers peace of mind when purchasing vehicles or equipment. That’s why we offer a 30-Day/200-Hour Buyback Policy on select eligible inventory. If you decide the vehicle or machine isn’t right for you, we’ll repurchase it under the following conditions:

1. Full Reimbursement, with Certain Exclusions

You’ll receive 100% reimbursement of the original purchase price, subject to the following exclusions:

• Buy fees, processing fees, taxes, and reconditioning costs are non-refundable.

• Any transportation or delivery charges are also excluded from reimbursement.

2. Reimbursement Limitations

The maximum reimbursement is capped at 104% of the Wholesale National Average price, based on the vehicle or equipment’s hour meter or odometer reading at the time of original sale.

3. Eligibility Criteria

This policy is available to both dealers and individual buyers located within the Europa who purchase eligible inventory located in the Europa or Netherland.

4. What Qualifies for the Buyback Policy?

To qualify for our 30-Day/200-Hour Buyback Policy, inventory must meet the following:

• Sold “As Is”

• Odometer or hour meter must read under 100,000 hours/miles

• Sales price must exceed $1,000

• Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) must exceed 1,000 lbs

• No structural damage present at the time of return

Eligible categories include:

• Passenger and commercial vehicles

• Off-road vehicles & ATVs

• Agricultural and construction equipment

• Forklifts

• Medium-duty and heavy-duty trucks

• Trailers and specialty vehicles
