For the auctions taking place at a location chosen by us, we would like to clarify the payment process for the machinery selected for purchase. Upon successful bidding, buyers will be required to make the payment via wire transfer. To ensure a smooth and secure transaction process, the buyer will be accompanied by a representative from our company to the bank for payment confirmation and verification.
Please note that we do not accept payments through PayPal, cash, or cashier’s checks.
All transactions must be conducted exclusively through wire transfer directly at the bank. This policy is implemented to safeguard the interests of all parties involved in the transaction and to maintain transparency throughout the process.

Once your payment is confirmed, the delivery process begins the following day. Delivery typically ranges from 3 to 7 days, depending on your location, and comes at no extra cost.
Payment
Buyers must complete payment for the camper within 24 hours after the auction ends. Remember, we're here to assist you every step of the way!
Documents
Release of the camper and title should occur only after the buyer has received and approved the equipment. For remote transactions, Monzon's Campers & RVs will handle the DMV documentation and send the signed title to the buyer through a courier service, complete with a tracking number.
Enclosed Trailers
Monzon's Campers & RVs delivers all campers and RVs using fully enclosed trailers. This method of transport ensures your vehicle is shipped with enhanced security and protection, safeguarding it throughout the journey.
**Payment:**
We require full payment for campers within 48 hours of the auction’s close at Monzon’s Campers & RVs. Remember, we’re here to assist you. Payments must be completed via Bank Wire Transfer or Online Wire Transfer.
We are proud to partner with well-respected banks such as Chase, Bank of America, and Wells Fargo, which provide reliable escrow services to ensure your funds are securely managed.
**Delivery:**
Once your payment is confirmed, we’ll contact you to arrange delivery directly to your residence. Delivery commences within 24-48 hours, regardless of the camper’s initial location.
All campers are insured during transportation!
Delivery duration varies based on your location. In the US, delivery can take up to 10 days, and up to 22 days in Canada.
**Warranty and Peace of Mind:**
Your purchase with Monzon’s Campers & RVs comes with a 3-Month Limited Warranty and a 5-Day return or refund policy, ensuring your satisfaction from the moment of possession.
**Coverage Details:**
You are covered for the earliest of:
– 3 months from the purchase date or until your camper has been utilized for 100 hours, alongside a 5-day return or refund policy.
– 3 months from the purchase date for other assets, with the same 5-day policy.
The Limited Warranty covers all repairs except for:
– Interior or exterior cosmetic imperfections (details available on each camper’s gallery page).
– Replaceable or wearable parts.
– Recommended maintenance.
– Aftermarket accessories.
Note: This warranty is non-transferable, but may be extended up to 5 years. For extended warranty purchases, please contact us.
**Return/Reject Policy:**
We offer a 5-day period for returns or rejections starting from the day you receive the camper.
Returns will not be accepted if the camper has been:
– Involved in an accident or damaged.
– Modified in any way.
– Altered from its delivered condition.
– Used as security for a loan.
In cases of rejection, we will process a full refund within 24 hours. Delivery is complimentary.
**NOTE:**
The maximum number of campers a user can bid on is two. If you exceed this limit, we reserve the right to cancel all bids and delete your account. Remember, placing a bid is a binding contract. You commit to purchasing the camper if you win, so please bid responsibly on items you truly intend to purchase.
